2007/2008 formulation

Pricing for the Product purchased by NPC Members through the Authorized Distributor** will be a maximum price of three and a half percent (3.5%) off of the prevailing list price (“List Price”) as of the date of the Member’s purchase.  The List Price for the Flumist® as of March 31, 2008 is set forth on price chart below is exclusive of federal, state, and local excise (including, but not limited to, the federal excise tax of 75 cents per dose), sales, use and other taxes.
